Upcoming Workshop

Join me for my upcoming workshop discussing worthiness.

Remove the beliefs around worthiness that are holding you back from living your one wild and precious life.

This complimentary 2-hour virtual workshop is open to just 10 people.

This virtual workshop is for you if:

·      You have decided not to move forward with a decision due to feeling inadequate.

·      You often think “I don’t have the skills for this.”

·      You feel that you’re not (fill in the blank) so you can’t do something you enjoy.

·      You had a past of feeling a lack of some kind in your work, relationships, and overall life.

·      You say no to more things than you say yes to due to not feeling ready.

·      You hold yourself back to exploring new things due to a feeling of not being good enough.

During the 2-hour virtual workshop we will explore topics around worthiness to help you:

·      Make decisions from a place of adequacy.

·      Build your confidence with positive self-talk.

·      Re-write your old beliefs to new beliefs to begin reversing the unworthiness.

·      Create abundance of self-love so you can fully love your work, love others, and love your life.

·      Begin opening yourself up to saying yes even if you don’t feel fully ready.

·      Discover ideas, activities, perspectives from a place of sufficiency.

If you can identify with any of these above, I encourage you to listen to your inner knowing to explore what this workshop can do for you.

You may feel uncomfortable with opening yourself up, but this is when growth and positive change happens.

When we commit to ourselves, the universe shows us exactly what we need to be our best selves.

Dates: Saturday, March 16th, 1pm-3pm CST

Fee: Complimentary

Register: HERE

The program will fill quickly so please don’t hesitate to reach out (3 spots filled, 7 available).

Ramey

Investment in Personal Coaching

📸 My best friend, Susan, and son Andrew (photo credit to dad, Christopher) that mean the world to me 🌍

Let's talk about investment as we begin 2024.

The definition of investment is "commitment of resources to achieve later benefits."

Recently, I invested thousands of dollars in a personal development program to grow my community of woman who create their own income in various ways as well as confront my overcommitment of time and energy. I did this while transitioning out of a well paying corporate job, having trust that my coaching business will come. I've offered valuable coaching services to over 200+ clients over the last decade so evidence shows that the clients will present themselves in time.

This trust of my inner-knowing was developed because 10 years ago I invested in my own personal coach when my earnings were much less and the universe has always provided the funds for me to continue to invest in my personal development, just like you would invest in your education or health.

💜 What is your personal development worth to you?

💜 What 2 actions will you take in 2024 to make the investment?

Be honest with yourself as this is where uncomfortable growth happens that spark joy, fulfillment, and alignment of your values.

You are the source of your value with this one wild and precious life and every moment you live, you won't get back. Make every moment count my love.

For the past 8+ years I’ve worked with over 200+ clients serving them through life transitions as a part-time business.

After investing over $200K in my own personal development over the past 20 years including working with my own coach, I am excited and ready to take the leap into my full-time coaching practice.

Clients work with me when:

  • they are changing careers or roles

  • they are up against career challenges or roadblocks

  • they become a parent

  • they lack a strong support system

  • they are living by who they “should” be versus their desires

  • they have money fears and/or blockages

  • they need boundaries within their personal or professional lives

  • they need to say no versus people pleasing

  • they want to change their life patterns that are blocking their potential but cannot figure out how

  • they want to manage their energy and time differently to receive their desires

  • they want to know what is possible for them

 During coaching they discover:

  • Freedom

  • Possibility

  • Creativity

I have 10 slots for clients and 2 are filled. The spots fill quickly.

Are you considering hiring me or a coach? Either way finding the best fit for a coach is highly important for you to receive the most benefit. I have a network of coaches to refer you to if I am not a fit.

Reflection Day Retreat Learnings

In December 2021 7 women made an investment in themselves and spent 7 hours reflecting on their body, relationships, feelings, career, and more to understand what to close out this year and open up into next year.

Each of you showed up for yourselves in such a beautiful way.

Thank you for showing yourselves love, kindness, gentleness, and so much possibility...

I cannot wait to see what 2022 has in store for these fire-hearted females!

Reflection Retreat in December 2021

Presence + Reflection.

Take 2 minutes to feel these words in your heart and your body.

Powerful, right?

When was the last time you felt alive in your body, felt alive in your life?

On December 11th, I am opening up 10 slots for a 1 day retreat focused on presence + reflection in Northern Illinois.

This will be loaded with meditation, journaling, + more between women who are ready to light their fire inside.

If you are interested, please email me.

#4 Fall Book Recommendation

My fourth book recommendation is by Dan Miller, "48 Days to the Work you Love."

This one is religious based and can be read from a spiritual perspective or you can simply do the 30 minutes a day of homework without incorporating that side of it.

I've read and completed the homework 3x's and each time, have discovered meaning work afterwards. It provides a unique approach to finding work you love.

Email me and let me know if this helps you discover what you love to do and helps you find fitting work!

#3 Fall Book Recommendation

My third book recommendation is Amy Cuddy's book called, "Presence."

Wow, this will kick you in the ass. Based on her research, she shares how body language effects your day-to-day life in your personal and professional lives.

I loved how she helped me align more with my feminine energy versus my masculine in all parts + roles of my life.

Email me and let me know your thoughts + feelings!

#2 Fall Book Recommendation

My second book recommendation is another one of Brene Brown's books called, "Daring Greatly."

In this book she dives deeper into her research from "The Gifts of Imperfection" giving you very specific tools to apply methods to live a meaningful wholehearted life.

She asks you to be brave, dare greatly, and get in the arena of life to fight your way to unraveling the authentic inner self that is bursting to be front and center.

She helped me re-discover my beliefs, values and live by them for a congruent living experience.

Email me and let me know what you think!

#1 Fall Book Recommendation

My first book recommendation is Brene Brown's, "The Gifts of Imperfection."

This book runs through Brene's research on vulnerability, shame, and guilt, and how it effects our lives in different ways if we don't deal with it.

She offers many tips on how to live a meaningful, wholehearted life, including application suggestions.

This book changed my life, being able to reflect and confront my blockers on living a wholehearted life.
Let me know what you think!

Fall is a Season of Reflection

For me and many others, fall is for cozy sweaters, leaves, pumpkin patches, and apple picking.

It's also a time for going inward and reflecting. Each week in November I'll recommend my favorite personal development books that have majorly influenced my growth.

Through my coaches and therapists, I've read through many supportive books. Whether you like a book in hand, or listening, I'd love to hear your thoughts on any of the books I recommend, or if you have any as well, please DM me.

Happy fall y'all!

Post Workshop Learnings

I recently had a death in my family and have had to really slow down and make time to grieve and feel my raw emotions. It's really difficult at times to do this and heal from past and present hurts.

We want to support you to heal from anything that is holding you back from being your best self.

Elissa from Harte Healing and me had complimentary workshop on Sunday, September 5th from 11am-12:30pm and wow, was it powerful!

We all walked away with:

  • Learning tips + rituals that help you heal from past

  • Learning how to tap into yourself - you have all you need to heal

  • Learning how to make journaling and balancing energy a part of your life

More to come on upcoming workshops and collaborations!

In 2011 + 2012 I share with you deep seated struggles and difficult feelings that have lead me to discoveries that changed my life forever. I now have a much healthier and positive relationship with myself and others that stemmed from going through hardship 10 years ago. This episode walks you through my life during a time of feeling alone, tragedy, and completely depleting myself. I hit rock bottom and had to learn how to live a life that is reflective of my honest desires and wants.

How, you ask? Listen and I share with you on my podcast, rundeeper, on Spotify!

rundeeper Podcast Journal Series Part 5: 2009

S2E6-Journal-Series-Part-5-2009-instagram1080.jpeg

Reading through past journals can bring up difficult emotions that we have buried.

I find this helps me realize if I have actually faced these emotions, or if I pushed them down.

In my podcast, rundeeper, I read you an excerpt from my journal back in 2009, 1 year after I had been married.

Take a listen and see what connects with you. I invite you to invest in your personal growth and take the time to fully receive this podcast on Spotify.
