Reflection Retreat 2024

As we transition into fall, and say goodbye to summer, I often start the process of reflecting on the year. Fall has always reminded me of a time to pause and check-in with myself.

í      When I feel the cool fall breeze it reminds me of those that I’ve lost this year – in life, in friendships, and in myself.

í      When I smell smoke from a bonfire it reminds me to surrender anything that is no longer serving me.

í      When I get my cozy sweaters and boots out it reminds me to never stop loving myself deeply.

í      When I wrap myself in a soft blanket it reminds me that another season is upon us and to be as present as I can, even through the difficulties of life.

í      When I hug my son and feel his chilled hands, it reminds me to take a deep breathe because I am doing great as a mama.

í      When I make banana bread, I’m reminded to make a lot with little, by being grateful for the small things.

This retreat is for you if:

·      You need to understand if your current values are in sync with where you are investing your time and energy

·      You are wanting to slow down, meditate, to listen to what your heart is saying versus your mind

·      You don’t make time to ask yourself crucial questions to know what to change before another year/season begins

·      You are feeling a tug, a whisper that change is needed in your life but don’t know where to start

During the 3 hours we will explore topics around how to help you:

·      Learn how to reflect – what questions to ask, meditations that speak to you

·      Understand and surrender what is no longer serving you

·      Connect with your heart versus your mind and find a balance of using both that works for you

·      Use practices to go inward, connect with yourself anywhere, anytime, so you can discover the answers within you
