We had a relaxing and fun run Saturday morning! I read from "The Attentive Life," by Leighton Ford. This is a quote from John Wesley, a theologian.

Motivational reading: "Thou, the brightest of the eternal glory, unto to thee is my heart, though without a word, my silence speaketh unto thee."

Focus topic: There are times when it's best to just be silent because your presence and actions will speak for themselves.
