Spring around the country is upon us which signals the seeds to grow, the grass to emerge, and the trees to blossom. Much like the season, we experience a lot of change and growth. Sometimes we have to sit back and enjoy the rain, thunder, and gray clouds before we can enjoy and appreciate the sunshine.
This complimentary 2.5-hour virtual workshop is open to just 10 people.
This virtual workshop is for you if:
You feel stuck in your life
You have been noticing that you are a different person than you used to be
You don’t want the same things as you used to but don’t know why
You continue experiencing setbacks and don’t know why
You are going through a big life change and are experiencing challenging feelings
You are committed to taking steps towards change but don’t know where to start
You have a tendency to people please and lose yourself in the process
You are very responsible and doing all the right things but still are unfulfilled
During the 2.5-hour virtual workshop we will explore topics around how to help you:
Move towards being unstuck
Learn how to love all parts of you, both light and dark
Uncover your changing wants and why they have changed
Understand how to ask for what you need and feel your feelings during life changes
Develop practices that can help you center yourself to be your most authentic self
Build awareness around people pleasing and taking over responsibility for others
We are either moving towards or away from our authentic selves, especially during hardships. The time is now to slow down, carve out time for yourself, and get empowered to break the cycles that are no longer serving you.
Signing up for this may feel uncomfortable but I challenge you to take steps towards growth, towards giving yourself love and grace.
Time to break old cycles and f"ck sh*t up so you can live a life full of love, fulfillment, desire, adventure, shedding layers along the way.
